As a Design Assistant at Washington City Paper, I produced department stories for the print issue and designed the cover story for The Food Issue.

While working shifts as a designer at the Columbia Missourian, I formatted print stories and designed infographics on tight deadlines.

As the graphic designer for the biannual literary and research journal, I handled print layout for the 153-page volume, created custom illustrations, did final line edits, and digitized the print issue.

In this issue of the journal, I played with layout and custom illustrations using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

As Digital Managing Editor at Vox Magazine, I managed transforming the monthly print issue into online content by coordinating with writers, editors, and designers.

I assisted in a full website redesign for the brand, building a site map, populating website copy, and creating custom images.

For this feature package, I coordinated with the digital team to format text and create custom art and interactive digital assets.

I designed the landing page for this feature package of profiles of local chefs and managed a team of digital producers.

To make this issue more interactive, my team created a playlist and matrix to correspond with the annual music festival.
